58th Class Reunion Update
The 58th reunion of the “Class of ‘64” was held at the Meeting Place (Mayville Golf Club) in Mayville on Sunday, August 14, 2022. There were 30 people in attendance. From the comments received, it appears everyone had a good time visiting.
The get-together began at 11:00 a.m. with a few cocktails and reminiscing about the old times.
At noon. a delicious sit-down dinner was served consisting of salad, Sliced Roast Turkey, Hickory Smoked Ham along with vegetables, which was enjoyed by all. Following dinner, Dewey Bonack, had a few comments and got the crowed going with the modified version of “Give a Cheer, Give a Cheer”.
Following dinner, Mary (Hackbarth) Harper quizzed the group on whether the reunion should be held again next year or wait 2-years for the 60th reunion. It was voted to wait for the 60th.
As of now, the next reunion is scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the Meeting Place in Mayville.
Note: The date of the reunion this year has been changed from September 22, 2024 to two weeks earlier September 8, 2024.
