Went to IUP majoring in Respiratory Therapy. Got married in 1986 to a cute Naval officer and moved to Virginia Beach, VA. Got a job at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters in Norfolk, VA. My husband got out of the Navy in 1991 and went back to school for teaching. (math and physics) After Abby was born in 1993, he was offered a job at Susquenita High School, Duncanon, PA so we moved back to Camp Hill. We homeschooled Josh part way through high school and Abby till 5th grade. My husband also transfered from the Naval Reserve to the PA National Guard. He's been deployed twice, once to Kosovo, once to Iraq.
I've worked part-time as a respiratory therapist since moving back to PA till 3 yrs ago. The latest was at Holy Spirit Hospital. For the last 3 plus years, I've been battling ovarian CA with multiple surgeries, chemo and radiation. I even shared chemo time with Jeff Fettrow's cousin.
My son Joshua graduated from Bible Baptist School in June, and my daughter will graduate next year from BBS.
