Picnic

The Suffolk County Parks Dept. just notified us that there has been a positive sample for West Nile at Southaven Park.  It is up to us whether or not to cancel our event there.  If we should decide to cancel, the money we paid would be refunded.  They had indicated that most groups are still going on with the picnic.  Mosquitos are generally only active from dusk to dawn, so they should not be a real threat.  I have attached a link to additional information on this subject.

We are requesting that each of the barbeque attendees answer a short survey about whether or not this is going to change your decision to attend the event.

You must be a member to submit this survey. If you are a member please log in first. You can't submit this form until you've logged in.

1)   Due to Southaven Park testing positive for West Nile, will you still be attending the bbq?
