I find myself overwhelmed by choices in the social media arena. I regularly use Facebook and occasionally use Twitter for things related to my blog. I love Reddit, but could spend an entire day there, so I have to limit my exposure to it. 

Do you find yourself checking your smartphone all day and looking at Facebook?

Do you tweet while on the toilet?  (You know what I mean!)

Are your eyes red from staying up too late looking at Reddit?

I'm curious. What social media sites do you most frequently use and how much time do you spend there per day, every day?
