Nancy Lehman Dix was born on April 26, 1957 and passed away on August 17, 1990. She was 33 when she lost her battle with breast cancer. She married James K. (Jim) Emmons (PHS Class of 1972) (Bill Battey Sporting Goods) on December 5, 1980. They had two daughters, Heather Lee Emmons Pelat (Craig), born in 1983 and Lindsay Suzanne Emmons, born in 1986. Heather married Craig Pelat in 2008 and they have an adorable daughter, Ava Adeline, who was born on February 26, 2013. They live near Pittsburgh, PA. My family have remained close to Jim, his second wife, Jennifer (Snyder) Emmons and their daughter, Dori. They live in New London, PA. We all miss Nancy very much.
