Finance Chair: Open

Set the Budget for anticipated activities or venues
Work closely with the Treasurer
Expenditures made for Chapter business shall be in a manner approved by the Committee Board
Reports to treasurer for amount of money allotted.



Fundraising Chair- Open

Shall create ways to generate funding for the Reunion
Shall contact venues in booking for fundraising activities
Will report to Treasurer and Finance Chair with regard to finances
Works closely with Memphis Reunion Coordinator

Decorations/Coordinating Committee (works with event chair - create a theme for the reunion and work on ideas and concepts for the theme)

Welcoming Committee

o Meet and greet Reunion guests during Reunion Weekend activities

Finance Committee

o Shall be co-chaired by the Finance Chair and Treasurer

o Works with finance chair to make intelligent decisions

Fundraising committee

o Chair by Fundraising Chair and MRC

o Determines the number of fundraising events that will occur

o Determines the date and time of fundraising events

o Help design and coordinator fundraising events 

Events Committee

o Chaired by Events Chair

o Fundraising Chair shall be a member of this committee

o Call and coordinates venues for reunion and fundraising information

o Call and coordinates vendors for reunion and fundraising activities

Communications

o Chaired by Pubic Relations Chair

o Spearheads the search for classmates

o Is responsible for relaying the Reunion Committee updates to the class
