Agenda For  1995 Class Reunion

I.             Volunteers For  Committees

a.            Chairperson – Coordinate meetings, follow-up on responsibilities, coordinate committee’s and allocate resources.________________________

b.            Finance/Treasurer – Create and maintain budget, deposit money, issue checks, approve expenses________________________________

c.             Secretary – Keep a record of the class reunion meeting minutes. Help chairperson with any additional responsibilities._________________________

d.            Communications Committee - Responsible for creating, and distributing materials like registration forms, save the date cards etc._____________________________

e.            Classmate Search Committee – Search and contact classmates through various channels both online and off.______________________________

f.             Entertainment Committee – Search and finalize entertainment within budgetary guidelines.

g.            Decorations/Fundraising Committee_________________________

h.            Memory Book Committee – Design and create memory book by sending out memory book questionnaire. Source out photographer, if needed.____________________________

2.            Decide On Dates, Location, And Venue

a.            Discuss possible dates and narrow down to 3-4 weekends

b.            Where should the reunion be? Present several options

c.             How long should the class reunion be? One day or weekend

3.            Activities

a.            What kind of activities do we want to host?

b.            Should there be an elaborate dinner or a potluck?

c.             Does the school have room for a class reunion or should it be done at a local hotel.
