Menomonee Falls High School
Class Of 1963

No matter where you live in the US it has been an interesting year weather wise.  Some of you have seen draughts while others have seen snow and cold. Those of us who still are in Wisconsin have sure seen our share of coldddddddddddddd weather.  In fact many have headed for some time in the sunshine states hoping to beat the cold.  Others of us have just toughed it out.  Which are you?

Personally I can hardly wait until we don't see any more Polar Vortex or whatever they decide to call it.  I also hope this is not what we seen next year.

As I look forward to Spring and summer - I know it will come some day - I am beginning to think of what vegetables and flowers I will plant this year and whether anything of the the ones I planted last year survived the winter.  My thumb isn't too green and the deer have been seen looking for food all winter.  Then too, I have seen some pretty healthy rabbits hopping around.  Hope you are lukier than I am.

In addition, on a sadder note I want to alert you to the passing of another classmate. Lori Wagner Yorkey lost her battle with cancer in January.

OK it is another gray day here in Menomonee Falls.  That only means no sun and a prediction of another 2-5 inches of snow before Sunday. I have to keep reminding myself I do like winter.

Everyone take care and still warm and healthy.
