Laurel Haluska Davis

I went to Ohio State and graduated with an Industrial Engineering degree. I worked as an engineer for 10 years with trucking company in Akron, Ohio. I now work part-time from home for a third party logistics company. I married my husband, Scott, in 2000. He is a Naval Officer so we have moved around quite a bit. We have been in Norfolk, VA, Northern VA/DC, Southern California, and Dahlgren, VA. My husband was deployed to Iraq in 2010 and then we moved back to Southern California in the summer of 2011. My husband is a Captain in the USN and is the Deputy Commander of Engineering for the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Port Hueneme, CA. Our 9 year old daughter, McKenna, is in fourth grade and enjoys swim team, violin, and girl scouts. We love the warm California weather but have one more move with the Navy back to the East Coast.
