Susan K. Weagley, 61, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 in the Chambersburg Hospital. She was born February 9, 1955 in Three Rivers, Michigan, the daughter of the (late) Jack and Gladys (Eader) (Wetzel) Baer. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, a 1973 graduate of James Buchanan High School and worked at Letterkenny Army Depot for 35 years. In addition to baking and sharing her famous banana bread, Sue enjoyed camping and spending time with her grandsons and family. She is survived by her husband, Richard S. Weagley Jr.; two daughters, Samantha J. Hefner (husband, Paul), Tawnya S. Hurley (husband, Dustin); three grandsons, Andrew, Caden and Colin; her mother, Gladys D. Baer (husband, Lowell) and her brothers, sister, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding her in death are her father, Jack Wetzel and maternal grandparents. Services are 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the William F. Sellers Funeral Home. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. and again one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Online condolences may be expressed at
