Welcome to the Merritt Island High School Class of 1966 web site!

We are all tied to one another by a special bond of  friendship and precious memories of the unique place and time of our school years. Not only was it special to us but to the nation as well.  We were blessed to be exposed to the diverse cultures coming into our community while watching the space program develop.

After volunteering to be Reunion Committee Chairman in 2006 I have looked at many ways for us to be able to communicate and revisit memories of a time and place that will never be matched, to rekindle old friendships and make new friends from acquaintances.  I have tried to stay in touch with everyone through email and phone calls.

I believe this web site is the solution for "our" communication desires.  Contrary to popular belief not everyone is comfortable putting personal information on Facebook. Unless you are a member of our class you will not be privileged to the information contained in classmate profiles.

The site is FREE to MIHS Class of 1966 alumni!
