Nicole Turpin Kitchen, 21, eternal companion and beloved daughter, joined her earthly father and Father-in-Heaven, on May 6, 1993. Her death happened suddenly due to heart failure.

Born October 30, 1971 to R. Scott and Deborah Tolman Turpin. She married Dustin Troy Kitchen on April 4, 1991. They were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on April 11, 1992. Nicci loved her husband and daughter and was devoted to them. She dedicated her life to her family and friends. She was active in the LDS Church and loved serving the little children in the primary. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband; daughter, Kelsey Nicole; mother;
sisters, Benita and Tarina; brother, Trevor Randal; father and mother-in-law,
Lloyd D. and Linda Kitchen, and their family; grandparents, Randal J. and Marion
R. Turpin; and grandmother, Belle Tolman. Preceded in death by her father; and
grandfather, Eldon M. Tolman.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 10, 1993, at 11 a.m., in
the Peruvian Park Ward Chapel, 1500 East 8600 South, Sandy. Friends and family
may call Sunday evening 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St., Murray, and at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. on Monday. Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

Sincere thanks to all who have expressed love and sympathy. In
lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to a custodial
account in the name of Kelsey Kitchen, at any Bank One branch office.
