Lee Gordon
January 14, 1963 - February 24, 2016
Lee Gordon, age 53, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin, GA. She was born on January 14, 1963 in Salt Lake City Utah to the late Donald Domgaard and Dorothy Ridgeway Domgaard.
Lee loved life and nature and loved to be outdoors running, kayaking, gardening, and other outdoor activities. There was nothing she couldn’t do if she wanted to do it and she always did it well. She created beauty all around her and did a lot of canning, sewing, and fixing up her house and yard. During the last 10 years she raised chickens but fell in love with raising dairy goats. One of her goats was even in the TV show The Walking Dead. People came from miles around just to get the goat milk and the goat cheese that she would make. Lee was vibrant and was a joy to be around.
The funeral service is Sunday, February 28th at 10 AM in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Brown Powell officiating. The visitation is Saturday evening from 6 PM until 8 PM at McKoon Funeral Home.

Lee is survived by her husband Dave Coleman, daughter Sarah Gordon Pixler, grandchildren; Keagan Micha Pixlar, Deklan Vaughn Gordon, Brothers Byrant (Carolyn) Domgaard, Paul (Kathleen) Domgaard, Aunt Sarah Ruth Jones, cousins Donna Jones, Richard Jones and a long list of loving family members who will miss her dearly.
