10-Year Reunion

Hello Class of 99!!!!!! 

We have the following updates for you: 
 
Dates confirmed are Friday July 24th and Saturday July 25th. 

Friday July 24th - Meet and Greet Social - This is a come and go event.  We have reserved the upstairs of Chelinos from 7-9 pm.  This will include chips and salsa.  All beverages will be available for your purchase.    

Saturday Morning, July 25th - We have been in contact with MWC and have set up optional tours of the new building.  This is set for 10:00 AM and we will confirm an exact meeting location for those interested prior to the tours.

Saturday Afternoon, July 25th - We have reserved the Pavilion at Regional Park from 1 to 4 pm., courtesy of Midwest City Vision Source.  This is for the ENTIRE family.  Events to include: Children's Moonwalk, Courtesy of Cheer Unlimited Gym.  Everyone is encouraged to come dressed to get down and dirty as we will be playing flag football and volleyball for those interested.  This is a brown bag event, so be sure to bring lunch if you haven't eaten by the time you get there.  Bring your ice chests and food and let's just enjoy each other's  company.  

If you plan on attending ONLY the events above, please register for the Friday/Saturday Park Event.  The fee to attend just these two events is $20.00.  This covers our current fees for administrative, set up and food fees.

Saturday Evening, July 25th - This is the adult's only event.  We have reserved the Chesapeake Boathouse on 725 S. Lincoln Blvd in downtown OKC.  Please feel free to visit their website at www.chesapeakeboathouse.org.  This space is reserved from 7-11 pm.  Here, we will have a full 4 course buffet Italian meal, and 3 hours of open bar (the final hour is cash bar), and some dancing.  

Once our event is over, if we still feel like partying, we can always move it to Bricktown.  
 
Price for the entire weekend of events will be $77.00/person if paid via paypal.  If you pay by check, it is $75.00.  The price difference is due to the fee charged by paypal.

Again, the fee to attend the Friday evening and/or Saturday Park event ONLY is $20.00/person.  This price will include: chips and salsa on Friday, the pavilion, moon walk and outdoor fun for the whole family Saturday afternoon. 

If you intend on attending both the Friday, Saturday Park, and Saturday night , which includes a full 4 course (buffet style) Italian meal, and open bar for 3 hours at Chesapeake Boathouse.  The final hour at Chesapeake is cash bar.  This fee is $77.00/person
