Lori Hoy Bruno

I went to Geisinger Nursing School right after graduation from high school, graduating in 1994. I worked at Jersey Shore Hospital for 1 year after graduation. I have been working at the Williamsport Hospital since 1995. I worked in ICU '95-'02 and CVSU (the open heart surgical unit) '02-'08. I just transferred to the Emergency Department in June '08. I love my job!!

I was married to Sam Greninger (my high school sweetheart) for 12 years. We lived in Avis '94-'02 and then bought a house in Woolrich in '02. Sam and I divorced in '07, but still remain friends (belive it or not). I then met the man of my dreams...Tony Bruno. I still live in Woolrich with Tony. We just got married 1/23/09, still newlyweds. Unfortunately, we can't have children, but are hoping to adopt a baby someday. Finding an infant for adoption is a long waiting game, so until that day comes, we fill our lives with dogs! We have 2 chocolate labs - Parker and Tucker and 1 black lab - Milo (he is Parker's son). We also have a little Chihuahua, Zoey and 2 Chiweenies, Joey and Kloey. With 6 dogs, there is never a dull moment at my house.

There were so many great memories! I can't even begin to write all of them down...there would never be enough space. One thing that always sticks out in my head is Kit Daniels imitating Dana Carvey from SNL doing the "church lady" rendition. Another was the great crayon battle of Mrs. Glossner's 4th grade class from Mill Hall Elementary.
I had so many laughs at BEN!! Somedays I would laugh until my ribs hurt or milk came out my nose at lunch - I know you all remember doing that at least once. Did you ever think we'd start looking older and acting older?? Uggh...somedays I wish I was still in high school with all of you!
