"In Memory" tab has been added. We have lost 3 classmates. Rememberance table will be set up at the reunion.

I think the In Memory tab is a great addition, after all these guys were our brothers, we played sports, partied, laughed, cried, and in some cases went as far back as sharing recess with one another.

Thank You

Thank you, Christine!!! What a wonderful website!! I do hope I will re-connect with a lot of my old friens from RPHS:-) For those who do not remember me - I'm the foreign exchangestudent from Norway.

Having known Steve Brooks since elementary school, I was particularly sad to see that he was lost. I do not know how he was lost. My mother ran into his mother a few years ago, but did not feel comfortable asking about him.

Some years ago, I learned of Bryan Sheffler's passing. According to the news, he was murdered (I believe by the father of his girlfriend, but do not recall the exact details).

I won't be able to attend the reunion - but I hope all of you have such a great time that we will have a 25 year reunion as well!!!! Then I'll come for sure (my kids are bigger:-D). Have fun guys, and take care!!

Great site. I am in with Line for the 25 year reunion, as it seems lives change drastically in five years, especially as we all cross 40, which is the new 25 I hear. Being that the late 20s were a great time, I am happy to repeat.

Wish I could join you all this evening, but I seem to have landed myself in the missing category. Will definitely miss the event, but life is good and we visit pdx often - still love Portland summers.

Cheers,
Cory

I really enjoyed looking at the pictures that are posted from the reunion - I actually recognized a lot of people!! Look forward to more pictures!!! And we'll all meet again in 5 years, right???

Had a really great time on Friday. It is good to see that so many people showed up. The venue was nice as was the food and drink. Big props to the reunion comittee for doing such a fine job. It was truly appreciated. JJ

Fun time at reunion! As I look at the pictures I noticed many faces that I didn't mingle around to say "Hi". Hopefully we can have a 25 year? Had a lot more fun than the 10 year. Everyone take care of yourselves!

Well, I made it home in one piece! It was worth the trip, for sure. My parents enjoyed the DVD (made them watch it with me), they got a good laugh at the tour of the locker room :)

Kudos to the committee on a job well done!

Hear Yee! Hear Yee!
I too would like to say that I had a great time at the reunion. And I hope we DO have a 25 year....a lot can happen even in 5 years and perhaps those not able to attend this one can join in on the fun we had seeing each other again.

On a side note, many of you offered support and prayer for my test results this week...and I want to thank each and everyone of you because I DON'T have Ovarian/Uterine cancer. So thankful and blessed....excited that I can continue to get on with my life and LIVE!

Anyway, I would again like to thank the reunion committee for all of their hard work and organization for this event (I know how it goes being part of the 10 yr LOL). Would love to see more pics...don't know if Christine Cyphers could possibly give anyone who has pics to share the reunion photos profile password so they could just upload them directly on the page. Or maybe you can switch some of your old out??? I had my camera but didn't take one pic---drats!

Well thanks again and see you in 2013--tee hee hee!

Best Wishes to EVERYONE!
Oh and BTW Kraft, how much longer will this site be up?!?! (smiling)

Kristin -
I just learned about your battle with cancer and I'm really glad to hear the news about your recent test.

As far as this site goes - I'm not sure how long it will be up. Christine Cyphers is the one responsible for making this happen. Christine?

The site will be available until Jan/Feb of 2009 for the short term. We may be able to extend this out for another 5 years...What do you think?

Christine Love (Baltazar)

I think we should keep it up! I didn't get a chance to visit with everyone at the reunion that I wanted to so it's been nice to drop by this site and catch up with folks. Plus it's an easy way to get a mass invitation out for get togethers.

Thank you to Christine and Brian and everyone else involved for planning such a fun night for us. Since alot of us seem to want a 25 Year Reunion, I'd be more than happy to assist the "professional party planners" any way I can. ; )

I am so bummed I didn't make it! I bought my ticket and was scheduled to go, but I got hurt at work and was scheduled for knee surgery the night of the reunion. Yes, I am still a big klutz!!! LOL It looks like it was a great time and I would love to see us have a 25 year reunion or maybe just a picnic potluck get-together and have some fun one summer or early fall afternoon. It's so hard to believe it's been 20 years since we were walking the halls of RPHS. Since I did pay to go, does anyone have any memorabilia to share with me from the reunion? Any memento would be greatly appreciated. Paying out the money really hurt me, but I thought seeing my classmates was worth the sacrafice. I'd love to stay in touch with people and hope to hear from anyone that remembers me and wants to chat. Take care!

I was bummed out to miss the 20 yr reunion and reconnect with old friends. I would be very interested to go to a 25 yr reunion though! Everyone looks like they had a great time though and the pics are great! Thanks for sharing! :)

Wow, lots of names I remember, a lot I don't and a lot I'd forgoten but now remember.

I unfortunately have been absent to all reunions but am grateful for this site and hope to connect with several people who I share fond memories with but whom I haven't spoken to in 20 years.

Thanks Christine for your efforts (and yes, your name was one I remembered). Take care all and hope to hear from some of you.

How much would it cost to maintain this site for at least one more year? If people are that interested perhaps we could "stuff the kitty" a bit with donations? I know part of the ticket money helped to pay for purchasing use of this site, but don't know for how much longer. Thought Christine had mentioned through the fall possibly?
Just a thought....

Great idea Kristin, would be up for donation option to keep the site up until our next reunion. The site has been a great way to get back in touch through quick notes with friends and recently put me out for the evening with Marty (now Martin) McDonald.

Donations is a great idea if that is necessary to keep ut this website. I'm in! The website has helped me reconnect with several old friends, and through messages I've received I've started to remember things I alomst had forgotten. I never gonna forget about the rain at the senior camp out ever again, Cristie. Just couldn't remember why I needed to dry my shoes by the fire...... Now I do:-D What a night!

Someone mentioned a dvd..... What's that? Something one can buy even if one didn't attend the reunion????

Been six weeks since anybody has posted on "the forum". We should utilize this technology; it's a long five years until the 25th year reunion (ugh, that just sounds bad).

Lets get a thread going. Com'on Kraft, lead the way...or how about you Olsen, being the former Beav writer and all.

Speaking of Beavs...ROSE BOWL!!! Who's going to Civil War?

Hope to hear from you bashful folks. Go Beavs!!!

It's been kind of quiet around here. I hate to see this great site go unused since Christine went to the trouble to keep it open for us. I know I've been spending quite a bit of time on Facebook and reconnecting with friends from our class and other classes on there. I want to see this site get used as well though.

Has anyone heard about the reunion for the junior high classes that's planned for this summer? If so, are you planning on going? I think it will be a blast since some of us were together for junior high, but ended up going to different high schools. I personally am excited about it.
