PAPILLION - Kathy Lynn Hrasky, 49, passed away Jan. 7, 2010 with her sisters by her side.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, at the Jones Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Willie Coop officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Tuesday Jan. 12, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the mortuary.

Kathy was born Dec. 16, 1960, in Scottsbluff to Marvin and Elvira (Guthrie) Hrasky. She was raised in Mitchell attending school and graduating from Mitchell High School. Kathy attended the West Way Christian Church where she was very active. She also attended Nebraska Western College where she obtained her Registered
Nurse degree. Kathy went to New York to work as a nanny for a few years before coming back to this area to further her
nursing profession. After the death of her mother in 1997 she moved to Papillion with her sister and family.
She will be greatly missed by her siblings, Sandy (Scott) Rima of Papillion; Marvin Hrasky Jr. of Mitchell; Karen Heth of Bayard; Gerry (Deb) Hrasky of Morrill; Kenny (Ronda) Hrasky of Mitchell and Gail (Mark) Curtis of Papillion. Survivors also include 17 nephews and nieces as well as 12 great-nephews and nieces and her two beloved cats Gracie and Carley and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brother-in-law, Bill Heth; nephew, Kenny Hrasky and great-nephew, Raiden Hrasky.
