04/21/09 11:08 PM #9     Tracey Yates (Thompson) At our meeting tonight, Nikki and I came up with an agenda for our reunion: 11-1 - Lunch event for classmates and families at the BIC West Elementary Cafeteria in Monette. We're looking at options for lunch, but we will probably use some of the $176 we have in the bank (leftover from when we were in high school) to buy deli trays or barbecue. We will probably ask classmates to bring side items, paper goods and soft drinks. We're also looking into some type of activity for kids. We've thought about a bouncehouse, but there would be a considerable cost for that. What do you guys think about asking for donations for people to contribute for that? 7 - ? - Dinner at 501/Omar's for classmates and spouses/significant other. We're going to keep this pretty simple. We'll probably do some type of icebreaker activity at the beginning of the night and give out some fun awards during dinner. We want everybody to have plenty of time to talk and have fun. Remember, everybody can order off the menu there, so don't let Omar's reputation for being a bit pricey scare you off. It should be a lot of fun! We're also going to offer a reunion t-shirt for $10 to help with expenses. My husband does screenprinting, so we can get these made very reasonable. I'll get back to everyone later with ordering info. Right now we need everyone's help getting in touch with people. The following people have not registered on the classmates.com site: Sue Allen Scott Barrett Brian Beach Patty Garrett Mark Cloninger Jamie Cloud Becky Finley Presley Isom Tony Meares Richie Pace Daniel Sanderson Earnest Shirley Randy Sims Marilyn Todd Chad Wheeler If anybody can help locate these folks, that will be great. I also need to know your preferred method of communication, email or postal mail, and the address you want reunion info sent to. Lastly, I need you guys to dig out some old pictures from our school years for the slideshow we're going to have at the lunch event. Scott Barrett - In Manila Richie Pace - In Leachville, on the volunteer fire department Randy Sims - In Monette Sue Allen - In Leachville Daniel Sanderson - May be in jail Still trying to track down some contact information. Will keep you posted.
