By purchasing a ticket to the Sidney Lanier High School class reunion via this website or by any other means, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foster"Trey" Ware III, Sidney Lanier High School, the Sidney Lanier High School class reunion committee, and its individual committee members and representatives against any and all claims, controversies, actions, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees), whether direct or consequential, arising out of, in connection with, or in any way related to your attendance, participation, or involvement in the class reunion or your participation in any subsequent activities following the reunion.  The indemnification provisions and obligations in this paragraph shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any termination of this agreement or associated purchase of tickets.  In addition, the indemnification provisions and obligations of this agreement shall be operative and enforceable whether or not there is insurance coverage for the indemnified claim.
