Graduated IUP, taught 4th grade at Pleasant View, had two children. After a head-on car accident in 1978, our daughter died and I was seriously injured. Three years later, I home schooled our son. When my husband took early retirement, we worked together with children, served my aging parents, and are now helping other caregivers and the bereaved through my books and our workshops. We are also beginning another Youth Outreach to help children learn to entertain seniors in nursing homes.
