Angel Chacon

After graduation worked at Phelps Dodge and completed apprenticeship in the trade of electrician. Went to Eastern Arizona College and received AA and AAS. Went on to University of Arizona and recieved BS. I recieved MBA from the University of Phoenix ( U of P or as I like to call it,good old Pee Yew). I worked for the Phoenix Police Department in the Planning and Research Bureau and as a Patrol Officer. Worked for the State of Arizona, John Deere and curently employed with Sentry Insurance.

In 2011 I was involved in a 30 car pile up on Interstate 10 between Tucson and Phoenix (there was a severe dust storm), and suffered a brain injury ( of course, friends and family asked "How did the doctors know you had a brain injury?). I was in physical and speech therapy for months and am still under doctor's care to this day. I had a nice compliment from my neurologist when he said he uses me as a good example of someone who has made it back to work with the injury I had. It feels good to be productive again and I am sure glad to still be here.

I always enjoyed attending my classes because I thought Morenci had the best looking girls around. I must have fallen in love about 20 times a day. Unfortunately, the skinny, pimply faced, pencil neck geek was not the look the girls were interested in.

I enjoyed almost every song because you could dance to them. I must have been a good dancer because everytime I went out on the dance floor, everyone would stop dancing, stare and point at me.

I really enjoyed growing up there. My favorite times were the Teen nights at the Morenci pool or just driving around, hanging with my peeps.
