I am married to Philip McNemar Jr. in 1989. We live in Patterson, LA and have one child named Adrian Paul McNemar. We have three dogs, yellow lab, mixed lab and a pug. I work at Walmart at the moment, but I am taking the para pro test come the beginning of the year to work as a teacher's aid maybe the end of next year or the following year.
I was in MCJHS for two years and one year of MCHS, but Robie, who coud forget her. She was the best band director I ever had. I still remember her throwing her baton at certain people....whom shall remain nameles....{hehe..Shawn..} well....she taught me so much, there is so much I remember about her, I cannot describe the feeling I had when I had to transfer to another school. But all the hard work I put in at MCHS paid off at my new school. I TAUGHT them how to MARCH. That year AHS got straight Superior's that year, something that was a huge task for them before...I like to think I was the one who helped them with that.
My Freshman year at MCHS, My sophomore year at AHS, {teaching those suckers how to march}, and this was a low point cause it seemed like our drum major didn't care, my senior year, she left us hanging at the Denium Springs festival, she didn't show up and we made straight 3's....
My freshman year was awesome. I graduated in 1986, I played saxophone, I was a first chair in my Freshman year with two Juniors and a Senior behind me.....I was there we played "Festival" for State Concert Festival in Natchitoches, and we all were surprised about some bands bringing blankets and pillows on stage to absorb the sound, because the music bounced from everything.
I remember Luke and Lisa oh so well....Lisa was so sweet and Luke was a clown, his memory will live on in our hearts.
Bayou L'Ourse, Bayou Vista, no not too interesting huh??..lol

My best friend for 41 years+, Lisa Myers Kitchens, is my son's Godmother, and I see others in the store where I work....
Went to Young Memorial.
Cashier at Walmart
Had no choice, needed extra cash and things got tight.
College, but things didn't turn out that way, mom and dad couldn't afford it.
McDonald's, {I think everyone worked there a time or two}, Joslyn's TLC Daycare, Walmart, Young's Memorial Marine Department, Ryan's, Barney and Baby Bop Daycare, and Walmart for a 4th time, {sorry I can't remember a few jobs I had}
I really wanted to go back to college and major in music, like I should have done right out of high school. I think I would have been more fulfilled in my job experiences that I am now, but soon I am taking the Paraprofessional Teacher Test, and that is going to make a big difference in my life, I will be teaching, something I love to do.

When I had to move from MCHS to AHS.....I hated it, I am a tiger and always will be a tiger....
Not change schools
I remember the year I was at MCHS, the weird tests they made us take, the Compatibilty test, to see who in the school we were compatible with, the test to find out what you would want to be when you finish school.
