Kathleen B Johnson June 28, 1941 February 27, 2008 Middlebury - Kathleen B. Johnson, 66 passed away quietly at home on Wednesday February 27, 2008. She was born in Middlebury on June 28, 1941 to the late Francis and Margaret (Smith) Bullock. She was adopted by the late Ted and Ruth Johnson in 1944 and was raised in Brandon. 

Kathleen was an author and astrologer. She wrote horoscopes for the Valley Voice and the Brandon Bugle locally, and was a free lance writer for the National Enquirer and the Globe tabloids. Kathleen has published one book "Celestial Bodies" and was in the process writing her second book. She also had a local morning radio program for 17 years called Star Tips. Kathleen had many other accomplishments too numerous to mention. 

Kathleen leaves her daughter Samantha Smith of Middlebury, son Michael Devito of Long Island, NY, daughter Joy Rush and her husband Mark of Chicago, IL, 3 brothers Richard Bullock of Middlebury, Tom Bullock of Fond Du Lac, WI and Jim Bullock of Schenectady, NY. Kathleen also leaves behind her beloved ex-husband Carl Smith of Lincoln and a myriad of friends and relatives. She was predeceased by 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Services will be private, with a memorial service to celebrate Kathleen's life to be held at a later date this summer. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Addison County Humane Society 236 Boardman St. Middlebury, VT 05753 or to the Vermont Association for the Blind 10 Burnham Ave Rutland, VT 05701.
