Remembering Muskogee

WELL THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED SEPTEMBER 26, 1910 THE NEW CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL OPENED ON DAYTON AND "E" STREETS THE PICTURE SHOWS CONTRUCTION ALMOST COMPLETED. LITTLE DID ANY ONE KNOW BACK THEN THAT THE THREE BEST YEARS THE SCHOOL WAS OPEN WOULD BE 1957,1958, 1959, WELL 55 YEARS LATER OUR CLASS WILL HAVE OUR 55 REUNION ON SATURDAY AUGUST 30TH LABOR DAY WEEKEND AT THE KILHAREN'S LODGE LOCATED AT 5000 FERN MOUNTAIN RD. MUSKOGEE, MORE INFORMATION WILL COME AS MORE PLANING IS COMPLETED OUR NEXT MEETING IS MAY 21TH AT THE THREE RIVERS MUSEUM 2:P.M.
