Hey,
Thanks to Anastacia Brown - I'm here. I was just home in Nassau in Nov 2008 and always enjoy coming back to visit.
Well - I've been living in London for almost 9 years now and lived in NY for 6 years before that. A lot of you know that I was a professional dancer/choreographer in NY and here in London and after 16 years I decided to give my body a break.
I was Dance Captain on the Lion King here in London for almost 6 years, teaching at two musical theatre colleges and working for a number of charities including doing workshops for Lion King, Children's Week and also for the Prince's Trust - much too busy and it nearly killed me.
Now I'm working as an Events and Marketing manager for an internet company (travel far too much) and spearhead their marketing campaigns in the US, Canada and throughout Europe.
Enough about that...
I think this is absolutely great to have a medium to be in touch with so many people who were an important part of my life for so many years. Thank you to whoever created it.
On previous visits home, I've had the occasion to run into a few people and it was great having a quick catch up and I hope to be able to come out to next year's reunion and catch up with even more people and have a good laugh.
I'll try to add some more school pics here... :-))
Much love,
Antoin
ps - a note on one of the reasons I left Nassau - I thought that nothing was impossible...
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it."
Make changes in the world you live in - change the world you choose to live in - make changes in your life and in the lives of those you touch.
