Glenn Williams

Glenn D. Williams Jr., 34, of Allentown, died Monday, March 7, 2005 in his home. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Glenn D. and Opal K. (Williams) Williams Sr. of Nazareth. He was a customer service representative for T-Mobile Wireless Communications, Allentown, for the past four years. Prior to that, he was a customer service representative for First Union Bank, Allentown, for several years. A 1989 graduate of Nazareth High School, he attended both Kutztown and East Stroudsburg universities. He was a former member of Boy Scout Troop 78, Nazareth, achieving Eagle Scout rank and a member of the Order of the Arrow. He had a passion for music and singing and loved his artistry. Survivors: Parents; three brothers, Roy E. and his wife, Jennifer Williams, of Quakertown, Mark R. Williams and Andrew J. Williams, both of Nazareth; paternal grandparents, Robert and Juanita Williams of Quakertown; maternal grandparents, Roy and Lydia Williams of Nazareth; companion, Christopher Chowdhury of Allentown; nephews, Jacob and Caleb Williams. He was predeceased by a maternal grandmother, Fay Williams, in 1988. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2005 in St. Johns United Church of Christ Church, Broad and Prospect streets, Nazareth. Calling hours from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2005 in Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center St., Nazareth 18064 and from 10-11 a.m. Friday in the church. Burial immediately following services in Hope Cemetery, Hecktown. Contributions: May be made to Harvest Ministries or care of the funeral home.
