Juvenalia Cabral (Simas)

BOSTON -- Juvenalia M. (Cabral) Simas, 34, of New Bedford died Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at Brigham and Women's Hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of Jose C. Simas.

Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the daughter of Antonio and Julieta (Casimiro) Cabral. She moved to the New Bedford area more than 30 years ago and was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Mrs. Simas was a home-maker.

Survivors include her parents; a daughter, Melissa Simas of New Bedford; a son, Philip Simas of New Bedford; two sisters, Ilda Carreiro and her husband, Humberto, and Mary Lou Medeiros and her husband, Jose, all of New Bedford; three nieces; and many aunts and uncles.

So sorry to read that you have left us. I remember seeing you in a couple of my classes, but we didn't really talk much. May you rest in peace.
