Rondal Lee Roberts
Rondal "Ronnie" Lee Roberts, 63, of New Castle, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born Aug. 29, 1949, in New Castle and was a 1967 graduate of New Castle High School. He was retired from Dana Corp. (Perfect Circle) after 30 years of services. He was a member of the United Auto Workers Union, New Castle Elks Lodge, and New Castle Eagles Lodge. After his retirement, he worked for Castle Liquor Store. He loved time shared with family and friends, and enjoyed playing golf.
Left to cherish his memory include, one aunt, Virginia Jones of New Castle; aunt and uncle, Ernest and Ina Roberts of New Castle; and several cousins including, Larry White (wife, Sue and daughter, Holly) of Arlington, Texas, Kay Caldwell (husband, Wendell) of New Castle, Greg Jones (wife, Karla) of New Castle, and Connie Whitehead (husband, Harry) of New Castle.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Velva "Tiny" Roberts, in 2002.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Macer-Hall Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tom McGilliard officiating.
