I last spoke with Mario when I gave him my 2 week notice in 1978 at Caterpillar tractor. I told him it had been pleasure working with him but I was taking a gamble and changing jobs. Mario was a good foreman and I want to believe a friend.
There is a proverb that goes like this (A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold). I can see when the doctor asked his mother what she wanted his name to be, she choose a good name. Some people you will never forget and Mario is one of them.
