Perry was such a fun and loyal friend. While trying to find his place in life, he was diagnosed with kidney disease; but he always kept his spirits high. He placed his faith in God and always never let his illness define who he was. After many months on dialysis, he passed away peacefully and quietly at the hospital during one of his routine visits.

Perry was so cool. Never afraid to be himself. We were the only two peeps of color in AP English. It's sad to hear his life was cut short by kidney disease. I know what that disease can do to a person because my mother has it. Miss you Perry, you cutie!
