Dean Cline, 60, of Norman passed away Thursday July 2, 2015 at Norman Regional Hospital Norman.

He was born March 13, 1955 in Norman to Tommy O. and Clara Louise (King) Cline. Dean served his country in the United States Army serving in Germany and patrolling in Berlin. He was involved with the Guthrie Gun Fighters for over 10 years and Civil War re-enactment holding the rank of Captain. Dean was involved with Medieval re-enactments, Marlo Gang, paranormal investigations and was the director of local community theater and an actor on the big screen.

Survivors include his son Tommy D. Cline of Norman; father: Tommy O. Cline of Oklahoma City; siblings: Larry (Debbie) Cline of Jacksonville, N.C., Diana (Bill) Cousins of Elverta, Calif. and Donna Whitmarsh of Norman; mother of his son: Lynn Cline of Norman; fiance: Belinda Barker of Moore; 8 nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 North Porter Ave. Norman. Interment will be at Blackburn Cemetery. Bill Kenny will officiate.
