Pat was born October 3, 1961 in McKeesport and died at home on October 24, 2001. He was self employed as a roofer and remodeler. He was a member of the USWA. He was survived by his wife, Diane S. Neal Mitlo, and 2 children, Autumn and Rebecca. He is buried in Union Cemetery, North Huntingdon.
