Glory Sue Parsons (Wojdyla)

Sorry Tom but we have friends and family from Seattle, Boston and NYC staying at our house and my son and his wife have a huge party with a band and 50 people- they live around the corner from us. It's unfortunate that they both fall on same weekend.

The memorabilia table at the 40th was very popular.

You are encouraged to bring anything of class interest to the 45th.

I am receiving several bouncebacks from email I sent about 45 year reunion.

I suspect many folks have different email addresses after the last five years.

Please reach out to anyone you know and mention the reunion and the site registration.

Be sure your own contact info is up to date and check in on site from time to time for any news!

So far interest is high and lots of people reserving their tickets.

Also remember that only cash will be accepted to pick up your tickets that day. It just makes the overall process easier and less open for fraud, etc.

I think Borio's has an atm and overall the cash is easier to do the accounting.

Borio's has been great in helping out and please continue to support them by stopping by and saying hello!

Karen,

I will compile a list and publish it asap. Any help will be great.

The survey was used to determine the event and the party at Borio's

was by far the leader in popularity. By scheduling in the afternoon I felt people could make plans for that evening or Sunday on their own. More personalized get togethers

are encouraged and anticipated for the whole weekend. I would stay tuned and see what evolves. If up to me, a keg at Sandy Pond would work with a bucket of KFC!

But the pond option is not on the table!

Getting excited about seeing everyone. We all do have a special bond and made history together.

John

So I am thinking.... do we want some type of souvenir from the reunion?

Shirts? Hats? Glass?

Any suggestions or comments?

Also keep everyone in the loop on this message board about spin off or extra reunion activities like golf outings, breakfasts, luncheons or picnics.

Come on people... 45 YEARS!

So far there has been a great response to the 45 year reunion event!

Please continue to encourage people to reserve tickets asap.

Another point. Do we need to consider having a DJ or will that be a distraction?

Also is anybody tech savvy enough to set up a webcam so remote access might be an option for folks that just can not be there might check in?

Thoughts? Comments please!

For sure!

Thanks Sam!

If everyone could just find or reach out to one other classmate the reunion will be a huge success!

Please consider posting a written flyer at any community bulletin

Board you may encounter. You would be surprised by how many do read those!

Encourage everyone to reserve tickets early so a head count can be determined.

Kathryn,

I hope you are bringing Tom with you!

We went to Main Street Elementary way back when!

Ask him if he remembers Mrs. Chandler?

Wonder where Natalie Scholl is? She was our "arch enemy"!

Joh can't get through to Pay.  Let me know what to do.   Thanks

Once you sign on click on 45th Reunion 2015 in the left column.

Be patient. After the football post err s disappear you should see a reservation page.

I suspect it only handles a few requests at a time so keep trying.

Hopefully this helps.

Thanks for the birthday wishes!

And thanks for starting the picnic discussion.

Maybe a still local person can recommend a site for a picnic?

04/17/15 09:42 PM #64

Ann Hacker (Pangburn)

Hi Everyone,

I vote for hats.  You can always use one.

I vote for a picnic.  Let's play volleyball..   A team sport everyone can join in on.  And no one has to run.  LOL

What about Chittenango Falls?  Too far?

I look forward to seeing everyone.

Ann Hacker Pangburn

Anybody got a "hat" connection?

The falls is a good idea. Any other suggestions?

Maybe somewhere close to area that has a volleyball net?
