Gail was a dear longtime freind. We had a lot of fun together. She had a lovely singing voice & we often sang duets together. She also had a good sense of humour - my first school friend who passed away. Miss you, Gail -
I remember Mr. Henwood's grade six class at Lonsdale Elem. Many of us were musical. I recall Gail's sweet voice. I think the song was "The Stranger from Galilee". I sang "Shrimp Boats is a comin". Pleasant memories. Bill Jensen was in that class. His early demise was a tragic thing.
Gail taught at Capilano Elementary School with me. I think she taught primary. She was always up for fun things. She took part in a staff vs students baseball game after school one day. Lots of fun. I also remember her at Sutherland, especially in musical events.

Gail was a good friend and just a darn nice person all the way through those years
we went to school. Lost track of her after grade twelve.
I was in UBC in Education and did my first Practicum at Capilano Elementary. One day I was teaching
Arithmetic and there was a knock at the door and there was Gail standing in the door way wanting to
borrow a cup of sugar!
I just about fell over! (She had a great sense of humor)
You left us way too soon Gail!
