Pat Savage

I enlisted in the US Air Force in 1968. I retired from the USAF in 1989. I graduated from DeVrey Intitute in 1996 in Kansas city. I worked for Sprint after that. Linda works for the Deparment of Defense Accounting service. That is what brought us to Indiana. I retired from Sprint when we moved here as they didn't have work for me here. I have been contracting installing Nortel phone systems all over the world for the Military.

We have moved to Georgia and both of us are retired.

The best story I can rember is were playing Ontario in a Freshman-sophmore game. Ontario was on their own 10 or 15 yard line. They started gaining yardage like crazy. Tommy Stringer and I had just come out of the game and on the next play the Ontario runner broke through the line and was on his way for a touchdown. Coach Calhoun said to Tommy to get in there and stop the running. (He meant the next play) Anyway Tommy just took off accross the field and tackeled the guy. The ref's did not know what to do. (At least he stopped the touchdown)
