Where do I start. After graduation from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in 2000 I have been traveling the country studying different techniques and cuisines. From Scottsdale Arizona to St Thomas in the carribean. I reside now in West Bloomfield Michigan with my fiance Stacy. Marriage is set to be in december.
