Timothy J. Lutz, 16, of Oak Park, a junior at Oak Park-River Forest High School, died Wednesday, June 16th, 1993, at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, after an accident while playing basketball. He is survived by his father, Raymond C.; four brothers, Michael, David, Steven and Jeffrey; two sisters, Jennifer and Amy Ellen; and his grandmothers, Julia DeMeo and Dorothy Lutz. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday in Ascension Church, East Avenue and Van Buren Street, Oak Park.
