We are located between Seventh and Eight Streets at 715 Plymouth Place in Ocean City New Jersey. (between 7th and 8th streets) Our condos are just steps away from the Waterpark, Castaway Cove and Wonderland Amusements. The Legacy has a beautiful swimming pool and deck to enjoy the summer sun.

Ocean City is a Family Beach Resort

You will find Ocean City is designed with everyone with no shortage of fun family places and activities, like miniature golf courses, amusement and water parks, golf, skake board park, and kid-themed programs. Since Ocean City is a true family beach resort, you will find plenty of activities such as “Family Night” event held on the boardwalk every Thursday night in July and August. Family Night features lots of fun activities like face painting, karaoke, and music. Best of all, it’s all free!  The boardwalk is filled with plenty of shops and food to enjoy.
