After high school I attended Weber State University and graduated with a degree in Zoology and Chemistry. I attended research internships at the University of Utah and University of Virginia. I had the intention of becoming a physician, but, changed my mind due to a change in interests. I married my current husband in 1998 and we moved to West Jordan for a couple of years. After serious thought and consideration, we decided to relocate to Georgia in 2002 to explore my husbands self-employment aspirations and my ever-changing science interests. I have two beautiful and intelligent children who constantly keep my husband and I on our toes. My husband owns his own telecom consulting business and I am currently employed as a chemist at a small to mid-size pharmaceutical company. I live in a somewhat small suburban town named Suwanee and it is located about 20-25 miles north of Atlanta. My husband and I are gym rats who are somewhat of amatuer body builders at LifeTime Fitness. I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids traveling to different cities and towns around the southeastern U.S.
