Guy passed away July 7, 2008 surrounded by his family.

He was born June 11, 1940 in Park City, Utah. He married Maire Lovewell, who preceded him in death in 1998. They were parents of 3 daughters.

Guy graduated from Weber High and worked as a warehouseman at the Defense Depot in Ogden; retiring after 30 years of service.
