Keith passed away on July 15th 2004 in Salt Lake City.  He married Phyllis Nelson and lived in Roy.  They had 3 sons and 2 daughters.  He grew up in Eden and lived in the greater Ogden area all his life.  He was employed with the Ogden City Police Department for over 30 years, retiring in 1996, and was know as the DUI King.  He had the ability of identifing impaired drivers, thus saving many lives.  He was a member and served as president of the Ogden Police Benefit Association, he enjoyed hunting and reminscing with his friends and fellow officers.  He also enjoyed camping and traveling  with his family.  Keith was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints and served in the Elders Quorum, and Sunday School Presidency and also in the Bishopic.  He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Kenneth, who died in a accident in September of our senior Year.  We will miss them both.
