Comments:

Some of you might remember me from John Glenn Elementary school for the 6th grade. Then I moved away again, Then I returned to Western Heights for the 8th and 9th grade. Sorry I had to leave the school so early. My dang Mother was beating me with a belt like every dang day and I mean the belt buckle end and all over my body. so I finally moved in with my grandparents in Kingfisher. I was soon joined by Paris King another classmate. I Dragged main street in Kingfisher with my hopped up 1966 Chevrolet Caprice with a 396 big block and turbo 400 with headers and holley carb. Dang that car was fast but not fast enough. kinda like American Graffiti the movie. Got drunk nearly every single night. Finally met my wife when she moved to town and started dating my best friend who found her working at Tom's Drug store. I told him...Dude you are dating my wife. lol I started college with her in 1983 at University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. Got fed up with college and dropped out and joined the AIR FORCE in 1984 I was ready to kick some IRANIAN ASS that year. I was stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona for three years and then was moved to Hill AFB near Ogden, Utah for nearly three years and then got out and moved back to Oklahoma... YEE HAW. Joined the Air Force Reserves right after Active duty. Got called up for DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM war but served at Tinker Air Force Base the entire time of the war. I was loading Aircraft during the war. The second busiest Air force base during the war. WE worked our ASSES off sixteen hours a day. WE got a pretty certificate for kicking ass. Started my new job with the Federal Aviation Administration in Tulsa, OK. Best job on the planet. If you are looking for a job check out the FAA at jobs.faa.gov

School Story:

Well some of the things I remember. HMMMM I fell in love with a cheerleader named Brenda Guizzi, she actually asked me to come to the school dance and to dance with her. BUT my dang MOTHER would not let me go. SO I never ever got to talk to her again after that. I remember playing chess at lunch time. I don't remember the guys I played with but I usually kicked there butts. I loved Physical ed class we played Dodge ball nearly every day. I usually was one of the last guys on the floor and at times I WON. I had a really good classmate that was murdered in 1978 at that stupid steak house he was working at...SIRLOIN STOCKADE i think. His name was David Salsman i believe. He was working there to raise money for a car to drive to school . Saddest time of my school life. God I miss that kid. We sat near each other and often you would find us drawing cars on some notebook paper. Also you might remember I was the hookup for cinnamon toothpicks. I soaked those babies in cinnamon for weeks and sold them at school. I was going out for football freshman year but I couldn't deal with my mother's B.S. My sister Cheryl Carter also attended in the same class. She moved out before I did. She was known for her softball pitching skills. Her email is dammitcb@yahoo.com for those interested.
