Hospitality: Responsible for gift bags, t-shirts, oversee registration, event logistics, door prizes, awards, and overall "face" of reunion.
Entertainment : Responsible for planning and coordinating all entertainment activities, including music, carnival games, ice breakers, group activities, etc. for each event.
Decorations- responsible for all decorations and set up at all events
Marketing- responsible for monitoring/updating facebook, website...keeping classmates interested and excited, overall "hype" person
Communication and Outreach- responsible for meeting our goal of 75+ paid participants, reaching out to ALL past classmates & guests (inviting teachers), coordinating with Millwood
Fundraising and Sponsorships - creating raffles, securing sponsorships, managing Chesapeake fundraiser, creating souvenir book
Class Gift- responsible for implementing class mentorship program to present to Millwood at Reception.
Reception- responsible for all things related to the reception, including reception program
Sunday Service- responsible for planning sunday service; including creating programs, securing church location,
