JOIN US AND BE A PART OF SOMETHING GREAT!
Meeting procedures:
1. General socializing prior to formal start of meeting (meeting starts about 5:25pm)
2. Dues are collected (remember dues are not mandatory) prior to the official start of the meeting.
3. President opens the meeting if the president is not there the Chaplain opens the meeting.
4. The Chaplain, Assistant Chaplain, or other class member says a prayer.
5. There is an agenda of items to discuss that have previously been submitted to Secretary, Treasurer, or President.
a. Introduction and welcome of new meeting attendees.
b. Pending items from prior meetings are discussed.
c. Open forum for ALL attending class members to put ideas or items up for discussion.
d. Next meeting site is established if possible.
6. A prayer is said prior to eating food.
7. General socializing.
8. We also try to say a prayer prior to members departing.
