In Memory

Bruce Lamb

Bruce Lamb

Scott Lamb brother of Bruce and MCC classmate 1966 lost his brother Bruce this week from complications of diabetes.  He stated "Bruce was a gentle giant and a wonderful brother to me. He is finally out of pain after 20 years."

May Bruce rest in peace!

I knew Bruce, but don't remember him being in many of my classes. I just saw him around school, the cafeteria, wherever. He was just a nice guy, as far as I was concerned. I never heard anyone at MCC ever say a bad word about Bruce. R.I.P., fellow Chief...

Fellow classmates, now that we are in our 60s, our class is steadily shrinking, and the pace is definitely picking up. I asked Paul Roberts for the total number that passed in 2014, but I never got a response. I would estimate it is well over 20, maybe more like 30. We are a class of about 800, and three quarters of us are nowhere to be found. You can see the "In Memory" list in this website growing almost weekly. That doesn't leave too many for the reunion this summer. So...if YOU are on the fence as to whether to attend, I would say THIS ONE is the one to attend. Don't wait for 50, because you never know, YOU or YOUR BEST MCC FRIENDS just might not make it. Let's REMINISCE, EAT, DRINK and DANCE our asses off! See you there...
