Michael John Hewitt, age 72, of Frisco, Texas passed away on December 19, 2023. He was born on July 24, 1951, in New Hampton, Iowa to Marjorie Marie (Donovan) and Herbert Leroy Hewitt. On May 9, 1981, Michael married Debra Lee McNeill in Buckholts, Texas. Michael served in the United States Air Force. He was a Risk Manager in the insurance industry.

Michael is survived by his wife of 42 years, Debra L. Hewitt of Frisco, Texas; his daughter, Staci Farley and her husband, Matthew of Little Elm, Texas; his grandson, Matthew Farley Jr. of Little Elm, Texas; his siblings, Karen Hipp and her husband, Steve of Bettendorf, Iowa and Melvin Hewitt of Walcott, Iowa.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Marjorie and Herbert Hewitt; his three brothers, Larry, Ron and Dale Hewitt; and his sister, Margaret Hewitt.
