He died at the age of 36.  He was a resident of Pocatello, ID.  He is survived by his mother, Patricia Gallagher, his wife Kandi Garland, his grandmother Erma Gallagher, his aunt Diane McInerny, his aunt Mary Gallagher, his Uncle Bob Gallagher, his cousin Angeli Modjeski and many other family members.

Bill loved his wife, Kandi, riding motorcycles and his dog, Divot.
