Since high school, I decided to go to cosmetology school, became a hairstylist. Married a wonderful man just after finishing school in 2000. Within a 5 year period we had 2 children and built a home just a few miles out of Oxford city limits. But, in Jan. of 2008, I decided that I wanted to do hairstyling as a hobby and not full time, so I registered for classes at Vance Granville and I am going back to school to do an Education degree. So, right now, I am going to class in the morning and doing hair in the afternoon. If anyone remebers Mrs. Hann that taught 6th grade at Mary Potter, I married her son, she is my mother-in-law. |

My favorite memory is when we were juniors, at the homecoming pep rally, we beat out the seniors for the spirit stick. Anybody else remeber? And, our Senior year, the football team beat Northern Durham for the first time in like 15 years. Shut them out like 56-0. We had an awesome football team our senior year. |
