Frank passed this afternoon. He was at peace and comfortable with his destiny. There will be a private burial for his Kids and Grandkids. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Grace Church In Paducah. Please keep Frank's loved ones in your Prayers that God will comfort them in this difficult time.

I'm so sorry to hear that Frank has passed away. He is one of the special ones in my memory of friends. I'm so glad he dropped by to see me over the years. My heart goes out to his loved ones. Prayers for his wife and children.

Frank was a great friend since.middle school. We enjoyed several meetings in Paducah and other locations also.I got to speak to him the day before he died, and we said good bye. Miss him greatly. Tom Tartt
