I remember Sheila as a sassy Dresser, always up-to date with all the latest fashion, and she wore it very well. always had a kind word for you. she never though she was too good to say hi!!!! with a smile.

know that (Psalm 147:3-5) says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. He tells the number of the stars, He calls them all by their names. and Sheila was one of God's stars.

The Lord was always her Shepherd, and she never wanted for nothing, the Lord made Sheila pasture very green and pretty, and He made sure that  sheila waters were still, he kept her soul with His edge of protection over her, and kept her pathway narrow and  right and clean for His name sake, Sheila had to go through that old and dark valley, were death tried many times to steal her soul, but she did not had fear of the dark because she knew that God was with her. the Lord always make sure that Sheila was comforted under His Rod and Staff. the Lord showed Sheila who her true enemies was when He annointed her with oil. yes her cup was filled, with the goodness of God and His mercy, Sheila now dwell in the house of the Lord forever!! !!!!!

Lord knows she did not deserve to go in the way she did.  Besides Cynthia Bonnick, this was the only other FEMALE I could really say was a dear "FRIEND", and will always be in my Heart.  This girl and I shared so much memories, and would never spill the beans to each other unless we had to!!!L~O~L!

Sheila and I grew up together on the same building in Gamboa (301). We had a lot good times and some not so good times (like the time we had a big fight in gym) and my fingernail scratch her face (she said look at my face you gave me a scar and said she was going to bring a blade a cut me back) Thank God it was a superficial scratch. We then had the nickname of navaja y clavo for a spell. Of course we had to go through that time of not speaking to each other and to see who would doggie first (LOL).

When Sheila move to New York for a short while we were in contact and she would come over to my home. When she move to the west coast we kept in contact by phone.  I remember that Saturday morning when I got the call that she had pass that was some shocking news.

Her Mom Rena Bell has sent me a Christmas card with pictures of her kids from that year that Sheila pass until about their pre teen years. I still get a Christmas card but no pictures form Ms. Bell every year.  We speak on the phone from time to time and I try to call her on her birthday as often as I can. The year they had the frienship reunion in New York, Ms Bell came to it and she brought the kids with her and I met them and Ms Bell introduce me to them as their Mom's best friend.

Memories can never be erased from our minds.

May Sheila continue to rest in glory. R.I.P.
